COVID Guidelines for Safety

(In Clinic/Office visit)

  • We ask that everyone wear a mask prior to entering the clinic. No exceptions.

  • We ask you NOT to take off the mask or uncover nose / mouth when you are within the clinic / office premises.  This is extremely important to follow to keep all or patients and staff safe.

  • We'll screen you for COVID symptoms prior to initiating your session.

  • We perform temperature checks and HR/O2 sat prior to each session.

  • We ask that you sanitize your hands once you enter the clinic.

  • We use hospital-grade disinfectant to clean after each patient.

  • We ask you to re-schedule / cancel your appointment, if you are feeling sick - any respiratory symptoms, fever, sore throat, diarrhoea or other COVID symptoms.

  • We ask that you self-quarantine for 14 days if you have been to a dine-in or public place where the COVID guidelines of wearing a mask or social distancing were not being followed, before scheduling an appointment with us.

  • AVOID touching your face (nose/mouth/eyes) or mask when in the clinic/office without first performing hand hygiene.

  • We ask that the lid be closed prior to flushing when using the restroom.

  • We sanitize the equipment and perform hand hygiene between patients.

  • All scheduling / payments are made electronically or online.

  • All paperwork is expected to be filled out online prior to the first visit.

  • Home exercise program is provided electronically as well.

  • We ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time to avoid traffic in the waiting area.

  • We perform Manual therapy using hands and certain tools. We take great care to sanitize out hands and the tools after each use.

  • We are located in a private office/clinic - Less exposure to people
